The questions we ask in therapy can do more than gather information—they can help clients slow down, recognize patterns, consider new perspectives, and create opportunities for change.
In this interactive Lunch & Learn, we’ll explore how to use questions more intentionally in clinical practice.
Participants will learn about different types of therapeutic questions, examine how timing and framing can influence the therapeutic conversation, and practice transforming information-gathering questions into questions that encourage deeper reflection and exploration.
