Kristen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and founder of The Therapy Collective. She is passionate about helping clinicians develop the confidence, clinical skills, and professional identity needed to provide exceptional care.

Board-Required Supervision for Texas LMFT-Associates
Clinical supervision is a required component of the licensure process for associate-level Marriage and Family Therapists in Texas. At TTC, supervision is designed to do more than satisfy licensure requirements—it is intended to help therapists develop the confidence, competence, and clinical judgment necessary to become effective independent practitioners.

Supervision Options
Individual Supervision
One hour of individual supervision each week focused on clinical development, case consultation, ethical practice, and professional growth.
$500 per month
Group Supervision
Two-hour group supervision sessions that provide collaborative learning, consultation, and peer support within a community of developing clinicians.
$100 per Session
Our goal is to help associates build a strong clinical foundation while developing the skills necessary to provide ethical, effective, and impactful care.
