Kristen Pierce, LMFT-S, is the Founder of The Therapy Collective and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She is passionate about developing exceptional therapists.

LMFT-Associate Clinical Supervision

Board-Required Supervision for Texas LMFT-Associates

Clinical supervision is a required component of the licensure process for associate-level Marriage and Family Therapists in Texas. At TTC, supervision is designed to do more than satisfy licensure requirements—it is intended to help therapists develop the confidence, competence, and clinical judgment necessary to become effective independent practitioners.

Supervision Options

Individual Supervision

$500 per month

One hour of individual supervision each week focused on clinical development, case consultation, ethical practice, and professional growth.

Group Supervision

$100 per session

Two-hour group supervision sessions that provide collaborative learning, consultation, and peer support within a community of developing clinicians.
