About The Therapy Collective
Elevating the standard of mental health care, one client, one relationship, and one therapist at a time.
The Therapy Collective is a therapy practice in Cedar Park, Texas, serving individuals, couples, families, and teens in person and virtually across Texas. We believe the best therapy happens when skilled, caring clinicians keep learning, keep collaborating, and show up as their authentic selves. That belief shapes everything we do, from how we train our therapists to how we welcome you through the door.
Our Mission
To champion growth, collaboration, and authenticity, because therapy that transforms lives begins with professionals who never stop learning.
For you, that means working with a therapist who is supported, supervised, and continually sharpening their skills. Our clinicians consult with one another, learn from specialists across disciplines, and hold themselves to a high standard of care. When your therapist is growing, your therapy grows with them.
Who We Are
Why We Started

After more than 20 years of working with couples and families, our founder, Kristen Pierce, LMFT-S, saw a gap. Too many people were walking into therapy without knowing what good care looks like. And too many talented therapists were working alone, without the consultation, mentorship, and community that help them do their best work.
She founded The Therapy Collective to close both gaps: a practice where clients receive thoughtful, evidence-informed care, and a community where clinicians are supported to keep growing.
Today, TTC is home to a team of Marriage and Family Therapists, along with a wider network of psychologists, psychiatric providers, and wellness professionals. All of them share the same commitment: high-quality care should be the standard, not the exception.
Our Core Values

Collaboration
Great care isn't done in isolation. Our clinicians consult with one another and with trusted specialists, so you benefit from many perspectives, not just one.

Growth
We believe in your capacity to change, and in our own. Our therapists never stop learning, so you get care that reflects the best of current practice.

Informed-Choice
We believe you deserve to understand what good therapy looks like, so you can make confident decisions about your care.

Evidence-based
We hold ourselves to a high standard, with ethical, evidence-informed care, ongoing supervision, and careful attention to your progress.

More Than a Practice
A Collective
The "Collective" in our name is intentional. Beyond our therapy practice, TTC is a professional community of therapists, psychologists, psychiatric providers, and wellness professionals who share space, consult on cases, and learn together.
What it means for clients: When you need something beyond what your therapist offers, such as a psychological assessment, medication support, or a nutrition specialist, we can connect you with trusted professionals we know personally. Your care stays coordinated, and you're never left searching alone.
