Our goal is to help therapists build sustainable private practices without having to do it alone.
TTC The Practice is our clinical group practice, where therapists provide services under The Therapy Collective, receive referrals, administrative support, and a competitive compensation model. TTC Membership is designed for therapists who own or are building their own private practice and want access to flexible office space, community, consultation, education, and professional resources while maintaining complete independence.
TTC The Practice is ideal for licensed therapists and associate clinicians who want to focus on providing excellent clinical care without managing the administrative responsibilities of running a private practice. TTC The Practice was built by therapists, for therapists. We believe that when clinicians are well-supported, clients receive better care. That's why we've created a collaborative practice that prioritizes clinical excellence, professional growth, and sustainable careers, not just productivity. One of the ways we support our therapists is through a competitive 70/30 compensation model, with 70% of each session fee going directly to the therapist. This allows clinicians to retain more of what they earn while benefiting from the resources and support of an established group practice. In addition to competitive compensation, therapists at TTC The Practice benefit from:A steady investment in marketing and client referralsAdministrative support that reduces time spent on non-clinical tasksA collaborative community of experienced cliniciansOngoing consultation and professional development opportunitiesBeautiful, fully furnished therapy offices in Cedar ParkFlexible scheduling that supports work-life balanceA culture committed to evidence-informed care and raising the standard of mental health servicesRather than asking clinicians to choose between financial sustainability and professional support, TTC The Practice is designed to provide both, allowing therapists to build meaningful, fulfilling careers while focusing on what matters most: providing exceptional care to their clients.
