Superbills & Benefits
We provide superbills upon request for out-of-network reimbursement. This allows you to submit your sessions for potential coverage through your insurance provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify your specific out-of-network benefits and to understand your Good Faith Estimate and reimbursement policies.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, we are required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of our fees for any services we may provide. This estimate is provided to you at the time of your initial consultation. Please note that these fees are for private-pay services only and do not include insurance billing or reimbursement. We will provide a superbill upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. To ensure we can provide the best care possible, we ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a late fee of 100% of the session fee may be applied. We are committed to providing a flexible environment while maintaining the integrity of our clinical space.
