About Kristen
Kristen Pierce is the founder and Clinical Director of The Therapy Collective. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist–Supervisor and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Over two decades of work with couples and families, she has developed a deep understanding of how relationships get stuck and what it takes to help them move forward.
Kristen specializes in couples therapy, relationship intensives, and parent coaching. Her intensives give couples focused, extended time to address long-standing patterns, rebuild trust, and reconnect in a way weekly sessions don’t always allow. In her parent coaching, she helps parents understand the dynamics at play in their families and respond to their children with more confidence and connection. Across all of her work, Kristen draws on a systemic lens, looking at individuals within the context of the relationships and families that shape them.
Kristen is also passionate about clinical excellence and the growth of the profession. Through The Therapy Collective, she supervises LMFT-Associates, trains clinicians who want to become supervisors, and provides specialized consultation to fellow therapists. She founded the Collective to create a collaborative community where mental health professionals can grow in their work and clients can find high-quality, relationally focused care.
